Role: Full Stack Engineering Consultant

Mandaguari Agro brought me in for a short consultancy on the web platforms they already had running.

I looked at performance and architecture, and what I handed over was less code and more direction: where it was slow and why, what would break as it grew, and how to organise the React and Next.js front end so the next person could work on it without fear.

I also worked with their team on agile practice, code standards, and architecture that survives growth. A consultancy that leaves the team unable to carry on alone has not delivered anything.
